SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Free Shipping: Offer applies to U.S. Domestic Ground Shipping only. Order subtotal must be equal to or greater than $300 after any applicable discounts, but before taxes, to qualify.

All orders over $500 Will Require a Signature Confirmation at the time of purchase

All orders will be processed within 5-10 Business Days M-F

Once processed please allow 3 - 7 Business days for shipments within the U.S, depending on Shipping Method

Because we start processing orders right away, I CAN NOT cancel any orders.
All orders placed on Saturday, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time is the amount of time it can take for me to receive, package, and ship out the products.
Shipping confirmations will be sent via text or email.
If there is no email input, only shipping notifications can be sent.
Please check your spam folder for order confirmations. Depending on your inbox settings, confirmations may end up in spam.

After the items are shipped, we are not liable for the package. Please contact the carrier if you have any problems.

Please note that I DO NOT SHIP to PO Boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address and, if required, submit your order to payment review.

PLEASE VERIFY ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT
If an item is returned “Undeliverable ”due to customer address error, the customer will pay for the package to be reshipped.

I will offer local delivery for orders over $200 for a minimal fee of $5.99
*All orders should be paid online no payment accepted at delivery
*Customer CAN NOT be more then a 10 mile radius from my location in Fort Smith, Arkansas

• All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Kiorr’s Kollections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier is in possession of it. YOU will NOT receive a refund for lost or stolen packages nor will your order be replaced

DO NOT return hair without contacting us first at kiorrblixcks@icloud.com. I will try and get to you within 24 hours. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This is so I can make it right.

Here at Kiorr’s Kollections, I reserve rights to refuse any units or hair extensions sent back to me. Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products and/or wigs that have been used. Return of human hair products and/ or wigs that have been used. I adhere strict policies in regard to Federal Law, Health Regulations, and Hygiene Concerns. If the item is removed from package and is used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange/store credits policies are voided.

In case of an error on our part, please notify us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, AND DO NOT USE THE HAIR. I can replace the item or offer a refund in original payment or Store credits.

Purchases made through our online website can be returned if the following conditions are met:
• Item is NOT tampered with. Any alterations to the hair will void your exchange. DO NOT wash the hair, DO NOT comb, or DO NOT cut the hair/lace in any shape or form.
.• Items that are refunded in the form of original payment will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
• Items returned for store credit or exchange will not be charged a restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from us unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
